More bedroom space, an upstairs children’s retreat, a new gourmet kitchen and a much needed facelift were the client’s instructions.

Outcome

The stunning result saw a total make over of the existing residence; a much bigger family area at the rear which invited guests out into the rear yard; and all serviced by a huge galley style kitchen.

Access to the upstairs bedrooms was replaced with a stained hardwood timber staircase which opened to a children’s retreat; 2 double bedrooms and a central bathroom.

The transformation of the existing 13 square house into the 28 square open plan family home insures that there is plenty of room for future years.
